The Customer Is Always Right!

While we all hope to make our customers 100% happy all of the time, and this must of course be what we strive for, there will be occasions where a customer is less than happy with the service you have provided. How Efficient Is Your Small Business?

When people speak about a small business being efficient they can be referring to both time and money. As a small business owner being inefficient in either respect can be a huge mistake, perhaps not only causing you stress and financial difficulties, but maybe also your business.

Forget that we may be travelling 70 mph on a highway or in the interior of crowded building, our expectation for a great, fast experience is only getting higher.
